Yesterday, Representative Peter King, Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee convened a hearing on "The extent of radicalization of American Muslims”. The hearing will only disenfranchise and discourage the Muslim community from working with law enforcement; while at the same time ostracizes them based solely on their religion.

Read the full post >AOF Former Co-Chair, Secretary Gary Locke, Named New Ambassador to China
Yesterday, the White House announced that Commerce Secretary Gary Locke has been named as the new ambassador to China. Secretary Locke will replace the current ambassador, Jon Huntsman, who is stepping down on April 30. Secretary Locke was the first Chinese American governor and Commerce Secretary and, if confirmed by the Senate, he will likewise become the first Chinese American ambassador to China.
