Tammy’s leadership and advocacy for her fellow soldiers led to service as Director of Illinois’ Department of Veteran’s Affairs and later as Assistant Secretary of Veteran’s Affairs. Tammy’s perseverance, incredible strength of character and dedication to service make her a strong candidate to represent Illinois in Congress.
